I have known David Wong (I have renamed him “The Guru”) since approximately 1984 when he used to service and maintain the Apple Macs at the printing company where I was working at that time. He was always really good to deal with, as he would explain things in such a way that it made it very easy for us to comprehend the details of the maintenance and/or repair because at that time, we did not have much knowledge of the Mac.
Since leaving that company a number of years ago, I have continued to use David for each and every service and repair. When I have needed to upgrade the memory or buy a new computer or any accessory for the Mac, I have always contacted David Wong.
He has always come to my home to do the installation and set everything up for me in a very efficient manner and has always been extremely reliable. He sets things up so that it is very user friendly and makes sure you understand it all before leaving.
His advice has always been excellent and in lots of cases, he has been able to help me out with things that I have been doing wrongly by talking me through it on the phone or by email.
In conclusion, I would have every confidence in recommending David Wong to anyone who wants an Apple Mac Service Person who knows what he is doing and just as importantly someone who is a genuinely nice person.

I was initially attracted to DC Wong by the pricing and packages. However the level of customer support provided was unexpected. The quick friendly response to any problem or query leaves more expensive companies way behind.
